About

Mindful Transformation
I consider it a privilege to help people get unstuck from patterns, circumstances, or inner struggles that no longer serve them, and move toward a greater sense of purpose, enjoyment, and clarity. In the midst of today’s stress and uncertainty, I support clients in finding stability, grounding, and a renewed connection with themselves.
I have experience helping adults work through addiction and compulsive behaviors, anxiety, depression, trauma-related distress, and relationship challenges. Clients often describe developing self-compassion and unlearning long-held stories about themselves as some of the most meaningful and transformational parts of our work together.
I view the mind, body, and life circumstances as deeply interconnected, each influencing mood, behavior, and patterns of thinking. My approach is integrative and insight-oriented, drawing from mindfulness, psychodynamic and parts-based work, emotion regulation skill-building, and psychoeducation. Together, we focus on increasing emotional awareness, strengthening internal resources, and building practical tools for lasting change.
